Boulevard Room is bright and elegant. It suits gatherings of up to 70 guests. The neutral design makes it easy to style for weddings, showers, birthdays, dinners, and work events.
The layout is flexible. Tables and metal chairs are included. A small kitchenette supports catering. Washrooms and parking are on site. Located at Creator Studio & Venue YEG in south-central Edmonton, the space is affordable and open to outside vendors.

• No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the building.
• No open flames (candles, sparklers, incense, fireworks, etc.).
• No glitter, loose confetti, or similar décor on floors or tables.
• Maximum guest capacity for each room must be respected at all times.
• Alcohol service only with proper permits and a licensed/insured bartender; no service to minors.
• No drilling, nailing, or gluing décor to walls, ceilings, doors, or furniture. Use only removable tape/Command hooks.
• Kitchenette is for warming/serving only; no deep-frying or heavy cooking.
• All décor, rentals, and personal items must be removed by the end of the booking time.
• Space must be left in reasonably clean condition (tables cleared, garbage bagged, spills wiped).
• Any damage to the space, furniture, or equipment is the responsibility of the renter.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
Creator Studio & Venue YEG is a Tagvenue Partner. This business has registered with Tagvenue and agreed to our venue partner standards.
