SUSHI MAKING 101 is our introductory class, where we have some fun, learn some new skills and facts, and maybe even get a little silly! The class is approximately 90 minutes plus 30 mins of eating, all tools will be provided, on a loan basis, with option to purchase tools onsite. This is a great team bonding experience!

After moving back to his hometown of Toronto, Chef John Hoffmann attended culinary school to strengthen his knowledge. Soon he was traveling across Canada with Cirque du Soleil, feeding thousands of VIP clientele, further honing his skills.

In 2017, his wife joined the team and helped to open RollthisWay’s first Sushi Bar at the prestigious Windermere House in Muskoka. In 2018, The Thompson Hotel Rooftop was home to their second residency.

Today, after hundreds of weddings, corporate lunches, bar mitzvahs, bachelorettes, and birthdays, our team of skilled chefs is eager to make your next event one for the books.
