About this space

The entire gallery space, including a restroom and a kitchenette, is available for rent.

This modern and spacious gallery spans 2,000 square feet and is located in the vibrant Roncesvalles neighborhood. With its high ceiling reaching 10.5 feet and a skylight that fills the space with natural light, it is the perfect venue for various occasions such as corporate parties, meetings, film screenings, fashion events, product launches, and special celebrations.

During the day, the gallery is bathed in sunshine thanks to its wide 20-foot windows. If needed, adjustable black-out blinds are available for privacy or photoshoots. In the evening, the gallery is illuminated with track lighting and features a modern bathroom with an accented ceiling light, as well as a small kitchenette.

The space offers a wide and open layout that you can customize to suit your event vision. While there is typically artwork displayed on the walls by our artists, it can be removed if desired.

Please note that appointments are required to visit the gallery. Standard operating procedures (SOP) are mandatory for all events where alcohol is served. Clients who rent the gallery will be provided with an insurance link prior to their event.

The event space has a standing capacity for 170 people; however, for a comfortable event, we recommend a maximum of 75 attendees.

The minimum rental duration is 5 hours, which includes time for installation and removal.

Rules: to depart premises along with all items onsite by 11 p.m.

No smoking within 10 feet of the building or onsite; a deposit to reserve the space and an insurance deposit are required; and installation and deinstallation must be on the same date.

Spacious modern 2,000-square-foot gallery in the Roncesvalles 'hood.
