Sorry Studio is a versatile space situated in a serene residential locality of Parkdale, functioning as both a creative studio and multi-purpose venue. The ground level of our space has double doors and a parking facility, enabling easy loading and unloading of equipment.
Spanning across 1200 square feet, the studio boasts 12-foot-high ceilings, white walls and floors, two large windows with an Eastern and Northern exposure, brick columns, and a private outdoor area. Your booking comes with various furniture and lighting equipment, assisting you in realizing your vision.
Being a perfect blank canvas, we are eagerly looking forward to hosting your next meeting, creative project, pop-up event, or any other exciting occasion!

- No smoking inside the studio
- No adult filming
- No glitter or slime
- Respect noise levels as we have neighbours within and next door to the studio
- Indoor shoes are required while using our space to protect our white-painted floors, if you do not have indoor shoes, shoe covers will be provided
- Loitering in the hallways, upper level of the building, parking lot, or basement is STRICTLY prohibited as it disturbs the other tenants in our building
- Please respect any of our neighbours you might come into contact with
- Use only our private bathroom within the unit
- Furniture is free to be moved, but we ask that you lift it to avoid any damage to floors or furniture
- Please try to return any furniture or decor to where you found it upon arrival as much as possible :)
- We ask that you clean up after yourselves; treat this space as if it is your own
- Please return gear and equipment to where you found it
- No DJ equipment or large speakers are permitted for events
- Outside catering is allowed
- No events serving alcohol permitted after 8 PM
- Parking is only permitted for regular cars and not camera/production trucks unless requested and approved
- Special events permits will be required for events providing or selling alcohol

Sorry Studio is a creative studio and multipurpose space found in a quiet residential area of Parkdale. Our main floor unit, double doors, and parking allow any equipment to be loaded in and out with ease.
The 1200 sq. ft. space features 12ft ceilings, white walls and floors, two oversized windows with Northern and Eastern exposure, brick columns, and a secluded outdoor space. We have a variety of furniture and lighting equipment included in your booking to help bring your vision to life.
