RULES:
-Refundable damage deposit of $500.
-alcohol must be moderate
-No smoking of any kind allowed.
-No cooking allowed
-No glitter or confetti
-No Candle wax dripped on floor or surfaces
-No nails, screws, tape or penetrating items should be used on our walls
-All activity must be contained within the unit.
Damage deposit to be paid either in Cash or e-transfer 24 hours prior, and it is refunded in full at check-out if no damage occurs.

-Moderate Alcohol consumption only, (this is not a place to get drunk)
-Moderate Music volume only, (this is not a nightclub)
-NO smoking of any kind is allowed in the studio.
-NO cooking allowed (any catering and food must be delivered already cooked and only the microwave can be used to warm food)
-NO sparks or flammable objects.
-NO glitter or confetti
-NO Candle wax dripped on floor, furniture or other surfaces
-NO nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls
-All activity must be contained within the unit; no activity permitted in the hallways
-Rescheduling your booking is only allowed within 14days prior to your booking date

Amazing venue
The venue was beautiful with a central location.
The staff was amazing - super helpful and open to sharing more info about the space
Beautiful space, with plenty of room and lots of seating options. Perfect for what we needed. Hosts were super friendly and responsive. An absolute pleasure to work with.
The building is kind of funky and a little run down, but the space itself is absolutely gorgeous.

COVID-19 CANCELATION POLICY:
Cancelations related to Ontario COVID-19 lockdown receive full money back at anytime. cancelations due to clients or guests testing positive for COVID-19 are not entitled to a refund.
PARKING:
The studio doesn't include parking but these are many options nearby
ELEVATOR:
-there is an elevator currently used Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
-The elevator is available after 5pm and on weekends for an extra cost ($15/hr)
MINIMUM AGE:
although we allow all ages, the person booking and responsible of the studio must be 21 years old or older.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be discounted from your damage deposit and/or billed to the credit card on file
