Access Ballroom is a 4,000 sq ft private dance studio, available for hourly. half-day and full-day rental. The space features a professional sprung hardwood dance floor built for movement, impact absorption, and long sessions without fatigue. Floor-to-ceiling mirrors run the full length of the studio, making it ideal for any use where seeing yourself or your group matters: rehearsals, filming, fitness instruction, movement coaching, and choreography work.

The studio has a distinctive look. Purple neon lighting against exposed brick and a dark interior creates a visual atmosphere that photographs and films exceptionally well. If you are producing content, shooting a music video, running a branded fitness class, or hosting a private event where aesthetics matter, this space will do the work for you.

Bookings are fully private. No shared access, no overlapping groups, no strangers walking through mid-session. When you book, you have the entire 4,000 sq ft to yourself.

The space is basement level, accessible via a dedicated entrance right on Queen.
