Design: The interior presents a contemporary residential look with neutral tones, herringbone timber floors, high ceilings and tall glazed doors that admit abundant natural light; dark paneled walls create focused backdrops in main rooms.
Features: A/V provisions include a PA system and built-in speakers and external DJs and guest playlists are permitted. The venue provides air conditioning, strong natural light across principal rooms and a dedicated dancefloor for music-led events.
Ideal for: Music-led standing receptions and relaxed, social gatherings that prioritise mingling and dancing rather than formal, seated dining.

No smoking or vaping inside the property.
• The approved attendee limit must not be exceeded. Cast, crew, vendors and staff are included in the total.
• Booking hours include setup, filming or event time, cleanup and removal of all equipment.
• No parties, ticketed events or activities different from the confirmed booking without prior approval.
• Alcohol is permitted only with prior approval and must be served responsibly.
• No open flames, candles, fireworks, smoke machines, haze, confetti, glitter or artificial snow without written approval.
• Furniture and décor must not be moved without permission. Furniture must be lifted, not dragged, and returned to its original position.
• No nails, screws, staples or strong adhesives may be used on walls, floors, furniture or fixtures.
• Floor protection must be used beneath heavy equipment, lighting stands, carts and production cases.
• Indoor pool use requires prior approval. No glass, food, dyes, oils or electrical equipment near the water.
• Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the indoor pool.
• Loud music, amplified sound and outdoor activity must be approved in advance. Please respect the neighbouring properties.
• Vehicles may only park in approved areas. Do not block the driveway, road or neighbouring properties.
• Restricted, locked and mechanical areas are not included in the booking.
• Pets, stunts, weapons, pyrotechnics and hazardous materials require prior written approval.
• Any damage to the property, furniture, equipment, pool or landscaping must be reported immediately and may result in additional charges.
• Guests must remove all personal items, decorations, equipment and excessive waste before departure.
• All doors and windows must be closed and the property secured when leaving.
