Host rules

1. Arrive on Time
Your booking starts and ends at the scheduled time. Please arrive promptly to allow for setup and pack-down within your session.

2. Respect the Equipment
All gear must be used with care. Any damage caused by misuse may result in repair or replacement charges.

3. No Food or Drinks Near Equipment
Water is allowed, but please keep all other food and drinks away from microphones, mixers, and recording gear.

4. Clean Up After Yourself
Leave the space as you found it. This includes putting chairs back, throwing away rubbish, and respecting shared areas.

5. No Unauthorised Guests
Only booked guests or crew are allowed in the studio. Please let us know ahead of time if you’re bringing anyone not involved in the session.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
24 hours’ notice is required for changes to your booking. Late cancellations may result in a fee.

7. Respect Shared Spaces
If you're using the green room, gym, or music studio, be mindful of others and treat shared facilities with care.

8. Content Responsibility
Clients are fully responsible for the content they produce in the space. We do not tolerate discriminatory, hateful, or illegal material.

9. Have Fun, but Keep it Professional
This is a creative space — enjoy it! But please be mindful of noise levels and professional courtesy at all times.
