Prices
Extra hours: $80/h
Purpose of Use: The studio, including the cyclorama wall, is to be used only for the purposes agreed upon at the time of booking.
Occupancy Limits: Adhere to the studio’s maximum occupancy limit. Overcrowding is a safety concern and is not allowed.
Equipment Handling: Handle all studio equipment, including lighting and props, with care. Any damage will be charged to the hirer.
Noise Control: Keep noise at a reasonable level to respect other building occupants.
Food and Beverages: Eating and drinking may be restricted to designated areas. Dispose of all waste properly.
No Smoking, Alcohol and Drug Regulations: Smoking is prohibited inside the studio. Alcohol consumption requires prior approval and must comply with local laws. Recreational Drug usage of any kind is strictly prohibited. Smoking within the premise will incur a penalty of $1,000.00 in addition to any fees applied by building management or the fire department.
Cleanliness and Tidiness: Renters are expected to leave the studio clean and tidy.
Kitchenware, and cutleries must be washed prior to leaving the premise. Trash must be taken out to the garbage disposal area within the building. An additional cleaning fee of $120.00 will be may apply if the space is not left in a clean and tidy state.
Cyclorama Wall Usage Policy:
General Usage
The cyclorama wall is available for use to all studio renters. Please ensure you follow the guidelines below to maintain its condition and functionality for all.
Cleaning and Maintenance
The cyclorama wall must be left in a clean condition after use.
If the cyclorama wall is left dirty, a re-painting fee of $200 will be charged to the renter. This fee covers the cost of restoring the wall to its original state.
Damage and Repairs
Renters are responsible for any damage caused to the cyclorama wall during their rental period. If the cyclorama wall is damaged, repair fees will be charged to the renter. The cost of repairs will be assessed based on the extent of the damage and the necessary restoration work.
Prohibited Activities
Do not use any materials that may permanently stain or damage the cyclorama wall.
Avoid using sharp objects or any items that could scratch or gouge the surface of the wall.
No drilling, hammering, or affixing items directly to the cyclorama wall is allowed.
Agreement
By renting the studio and using the cyclorama wall, renters agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Renters acknowledge that they have read and understood the cyclorama wall usage policy and accept all associated responsibilities and potential fees.

Safety and Security: Follow all studio safety guidelines. The studio is not liable for personal items lost or left behind.
End of Booking Compliance: Ensure that the studio is vacated on time. Additional fees may be charged for overstaying.
