The venue is an industrial timber workshop beneath a pitched roof with exposed rafters and overhead windows supplying strong natural daylight. The floor is a durable, work-ready surface and the open-plan layout allows flexible set arrangements.

Room features: Fixed woodworking benches, utility storage and powered outlets for on-set builds. Wi-Fi is available and the venue has a step-free guest entrance and accessible toilets.

The floor and workbenches can get dirty but must be returned to a clean state matching that of the start of the space hire (brooms, mops, and dustpans are in the workshop).

No spray paint or use of synthetic resins is allowed on site.
