The following fees apply depending on you event requirements:
Cleaner (mandatory for all events, 4 hour minimum)
- Day rate: $55+GST per hour
- Evening/Night rate: $57.50+GST per hour
Security (mandatory for events over 50 people, or serving alcohol)
Day Shift
- $64.48+GST per hour
Night Shift
- $75.62+GST per hour
For events exceeding 80 attendees, a mandated $700 pressure cleaning fee applies. This is a building requirement to preserve our sandstone flooring.
