Host rules
1. Booking & Payment
- Online bookings only; full payment required.
- No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows.
- Payments processed via third-party provider.
**2. Studio Use**
- Lawful use only; safety rules must be followed.
- No explicit content, illegal substances, or unapproved alcohol.
- Smoking/vaping indoors is prohibited.
3. Liability & Care
- Hirer is responsible for damages, loss, or injury.
- Report equipment issues immediately.
- Studio must be left clean; a $50 fee applies if not.
4. Surveillance & Marketing
- CCTV is in use for security.
- Tagged social media content may be shared.
5. General
- No subletting; breaches may result in termination, blacklisting, or legal action.
- Governed by Australian law, with disputes handled in Perth courts.
Failure to comply may result in session termination and forfeiture of fees.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
