The Brigade Room is Anzac Club’s largest and most adaptable event space, located on Level 5 and spanning 302 square metres internally. Designed to accommodate conferences, workshops, corporate meetings, banquets, and celebratory events, this versatile room can be configured for breakfasts, lunches, dinners, cocktail style functions, or full-day conferences. It can also be divided into two or three separate function rooms to suit breakout sessions or smaller gatherings.
Bathed in natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows, the Brigade Room features elegant wooden and marble accents, neutral colour schemes, and a pillar-free layout. Guests are treated to breathtaking 180-degree views of St Georges Terrace, Government House Gardens, and the Swan River, with exclusive access to private balconies—ideal for networking breaks or pre-dinner drinks.
Complete with integrated audiovisual systems and high-speed WiFi, the Brigade Room ensures seamless presentations and connectivity. Host rules
- Smoking is prohibited in any of our venues and balconies. Guests will need to exit onto St George's Terrace.
- The Anzac Club practices “Responsible Service of Alcohol” in accordance with the liquor licence for the premises.
- The Anzac Club reserves the right to refuse service to:
- Persons who show signs of intoxication.
- Persons suspected of being under the age of 18 years old.
- The Anzac Club has the right to remove guests from the premises or close the bar entirely.
- Gifts of alcohol presented to guests must remain sealed while on the premises.
- The client must ensure that all minors are supervised by a responsible adult, as this is a condition of entry to licensed premises.
- Alcohol must not be provided to minors by any guests.
- Contravening our liquor license in any way is a serious offence that can result in fines for both individuals and the business, and may result in the guest being asked to leave.
- We may ask for identification from any of your guests to confirm age before the consumption of alcohol.
- Excepting fair wear and tear, the hirer shall be liable to the Club for any damage to premises, or any fittings, equipment, furniture, carpets, or other property therein, which occurs during the period of the hiring by the hirer, guests, or suppliers hired via the client.
- Damage caused to property by the hirer/guests, including linen, carpets, fixtures, furniture, and fittings, either indoor or outdoor, will be the financial responsibility of the client.
- No open flame policy: only battery-operated candles are allowed.
- No smoke or dry ice machines are to be used without first obtaining written approval from the Anzac Club.
- Nothing is to be attached to walls, windows, doors, or the ceiling.
