The building was lovely, the room was beautiful and spacious. Got one free park which was good in the visitors spot. Very nicely decorated and good facilities. The Nespresso coffee machine was heaven sent as well as the morning tea scones. The staff were friendly, helpful and kind.
Catering was not ideal, very low budget sandwiches and small hot selection. The food and juice we did not eat/drink kept being taken away after each break session rather than being left to pick at. The sandwiches and cous cous salad was very bland and quantity was small. There was only one unisex toilet and was occupied for most of the time as it was for all of the floor making it hard to have a quick break as we had to wait. Unfortunately the AV equipment did not work for us so we are lucky we brought in our own projector. We were kindly offered a credit instead of refund.
