The boardroom is located on the ground level and is ideal venue for private meetings up to 20 guests. The room is permanently set in boardroom style, with natural light and access to a small courtyard with natural light. Audio Visual includes a 136-inch LED screen, wired and wireless connectivity, built-in speakers and video conferencing plus additional equipment for hire. Complimentary WIFI is also available throughout the whole hotel. Catering can be served either within the room, in the courtyard or Urban Restaurant & Bar, located adjacent to the room.

The best thing about this venue is they were very easy to deal with. It wasn't complicated and they are extremely accommodating. Happy to work with your needs and find a plan that works for you. The staff on the day were fabulous and the afternoon tea was absolutely delicious. The venue space was lovely and all our attendees thought it was an excellent space.
There were a couple of minor hiccups on the day but that is to be expected, and the staff were very quick to resolve things. This was our first time using this venue and I don't believe those hiccups would occur again as we know what to anticipate and mitigate. We were very happy with the venue
