About this space

With a private entry via one of Brunswick's laneways in the Penny's Beer Garden - perfect for larger groups. Above is a marquee, roofing as well as wall awnings, making the space adaptable to Melbourne's everchanging weather. Within the space is a mixture of picnic tables, fixed wooden booths and tables and chairs and a private bar to get drinks in your guests’ hands fast.

A DJ booth is also positioned to the side of the space with a dedicated dancefloor, speeches can be held on the raised deck above, making it easy for all guests to see. holds a private bar, DJ booth, dancefloor area and raised deck, suited for any speeches throughout the function.

About The Penny Black

Penny's Band Room is a buzzy place in a restored post office with a beer garden attached.

Within the beer garden is a dedicated bar, marquee and space for a DJ and dancefloor. Inside is our band room and stage for live music played on Friday & Saturday. Our menu offers pub grub classics with tex mex hits too, perfect for snacking.
