Host rules

No smoking in the building.
Children over 2 years are considered guests and are therefore included in your final guest numbers.
Two responsible adults must be present for the duration of the event.
A $500 deposit is required.
You are welcome to arrive 15 minutes before the party starts time to drop off the birthday cake and settle in, then your party space will open to guests 5 minutes before the party starts time.
We suggest taking all belongings at the end of your party, if any equipment and/or props are left at the venue we cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses. If damage is caused by any guests during the course of the
party, the organizer may be liable to pay for repairs or replacement.
All details including final guest numbers are to be confirmed 14 days prior.
Our packages have been designed for you to get the most out of your time at The Deck Kids and whether you have 10 or 15 children attend, the base price applies. If you decide to increase the number of guests there will be an additional fee per guest.
For catering purposes, please notify us of any increase in number at least 5 days before the party date.
You can bring your own cake.
You can bring our own balloons into the party room.
As per the government announcement all patrons including children over 16 and adults must be fully vaccinated to attend The Deck Kids and asked to show their vaccination passport or proof of double vaccination.
Please note for parties over 20 kids a second entertainer is required at a flat rate of $200.
