Outside catering is not permitted – all catering must be arranged through our approved partners.
Alcohol is allowed at events, provided it is served responsibly and within the licensed hours.
Noise must be kept to a reasonable level to ensure the comfort of in-house hotel guests.
Event times must be adhered to – early access or late vacating requires prior approval.
Decorations and signage must not be nailed, stapled, taped, or adhered to walls, doors, or surfaces. Free-standing displays are welcome with prior approval.
Guests are responsible for the behaviour of their attendees and for leaving the space in good condition.
Children must be supervised at all times if present in the event space.
