Cancellation policy

Standard 60 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 60 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 60 days and 30 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.

Cancellations submitted less than 30 days before the event start time are not refundable.

Guest may move the event date of a confirmed booking to another date within 3 months from the original date, at no cost.

External Catering:
Please note that we generally do not allow external catering as the venue is operated by a leading quality caterer in Harvest & Soul- Catering & Events (www.harvestandsoul.com.au).
If external catering is permitted, No 1 Events Management must approve the caterer for quality and food safety reasons. All external catering must come from a registered commercial kitchen. Food produced at home is not permitted.

External Catering Venue Hire fee:
If external catering is permitted there is a venue hire fee from $550.00 plus GST. There is minimum venue hire fee of 3 hours on weekdays and 5 hours on weekends. Venue hire fee is charged for your total venue hire access time including any set up and pack down time required. Venue Hire fees include free on site car parking (shared with golf course), use of the in-house sound system and data projector and screens, standard cleaning, 1 pre event on site meeting and our expert event design and coordination expertise. In addition to venue hire fees your event may also require labour fees for a Venue Manager, Event Supervisor and Security personnel. We will quote this based on your event specifics and requirements.

Beverages:
Please note the venue is fully licenced and BYO beverages of any type is not permitted. No 1 Events can provide a range of beverage options including all inclusive packages and on-consumption/ tab options.
