· 330sqm+ of Blank Warehouse space – perfect for you to create your own personalised theme!
· 80sqm of outdoor area (front garden with tables/stools and rear beer garden)
· Fully ducted Heating and Cooling plus 2 outdoor heaters if required.
· Room for 2 food trucks on property.
· Large 6m modern bar with icemaker, bar fridges and sink.
· Up to 12 Round or Rectangle trestle tables (tablecloths available for a fee) to seat up to 120 people or 200 cocktail style (I will include the extra 10 seats/table at no extra cost)
· Black or White cushioned dining chairs (see inclusions list for details).
· Fully equipped kitchenette with large fridges/freezer, kettle and microwave. Kitchen appliances are available for seperate hire fees.
· 3 indoor M/F toilets (including disabled toilet with baby change table).
· Indoor/Outdoor lighting.
· Roller Door access if required.
· Easy access for external vendors to provide balloons, props, backdrops etc.
· Staff member on site to attend to your needs. Additional wait staff or servers are available for an extra fee.

Host rules
20% non-refundable deposit booking fee is required to secure your booking date.
After Event Clean Fee $350 (compulsory for night events only)
No smoking in the building
Damage to the space will result in extra charge
$1000 BOND (Paid in addition to the hire fee and will be returned within 3 business days unless the hirer has breached any conditions in the Terms & Conditions of Hire).
NB: Quotes are valid for 30 days.
CATERING AND ALCOHOL:
Vogue Events Studio is a fully self-catered event hire space. You have many options available to you including self-catering, caterers to provide finger food/buffet/sit down menus and food trucks. We are happy to help with a list of affiliated vendors should you require. You can purchase/provide and serve your own alcohol – please ensure there is no underage drinking as this is the responsibility of the hirer.
