We are a community-led conferencing and leisure facility in the borough of Wigan.

St Peters Pavilion Limited, was formed in 2005. The founder members, Hindley St. Peter’s Church, Hindley St. Peter’s Cricket Club, Hindley ARLFC, St. Peter’s Boys’ Brigade and St. Peter’s Girl Guides came together to work towards providing a much needed facility for the town of Hindley. In Aug 2008 we opened our doors and today we have hundreds of visitors each week enjoying our fantastic facility.
We were fortunate to gain funding via Sport England, Barclays spaces for sport, viridor credits, biffa awards, national lottery funding, the RFL, Wigan MBC, Northwest regional development agency, and coalfields regeneration to make our dream a reality.
Today we are the northwest premium conference centre with rooms available from just £95 with rooms for up to 200 delegates. We offer a range of suites with full disability access, catering, large onsite parking, all modern IT equipment, free wifi, and a variety of styles and layouts to suit any needs.
We are located centrally to Ashton, Leigh, and Wigan and are ideal venue for away days, training, and corporate events. We also have many local community links and are the preferred choice for many local charities and community groups. As well as our founding members we are also the home of green crew disability gardening in the community, think ahead stroke group, Zumba, and Jive North.
Our fantastic facilities also include a fully licensed bar, lit stage, PA system, and induction loop system.
We are also available for wakes, engagements, birthdays, Christenings, and all other private hire functions.
FAQ
Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
