Bizhan is very kind and helpful. He helped us set up the lights as soon as we arrived and showed us everything. It is next to other businesses so there are lots of doors opening and closing that can be heard in the space so it’s not ideal for live recording. The green screen cove was great! There’s also a white cyc wall, plenty of lights and space to hang, get ready. It feels private and safe. It’s clean and exactly as it’s presented in the photos. Buzhan made us feel welcome and even helped us carry our stuff up.
I was trying to film a live recording session and the noises were a bit disruptive but other than that it was great!

Venue was just as described in the pictures.
The AC wasn’t working properly so it was extremely hot an uncomfortable at times.
