Great venue. Very instagrammable. Loved the ski lodge thene, the photo booth and games were great too. DJ was excellent.
Whilst the food was nice, it was served buffet style with staff limiting people to one of everythiing and there was a long wait for the pizza. The queue for the buffet was vwry long and also caused a bottle neck as it was near the photobooth/bar.

The service. The manager, Kate, was very inflexible and unwilling to help during the day. Despite stating we didn't want alcohol when booking the venue, we changed our minds and asked (upon arrival at 9am) if it would be possible to order a few beers for 4pm to do a cheers. She proceeded to try to find the email where we said we didn't want bar staff to show our CEO, which is unprofessional and adds nothing since we were telling her we knew we said no, but are now asking if it would be possible. The attitude was not necessary. Then, when we finally purchased alcohol, she didn't want us to leave with the remaining unopened bottles because the venue is not an off licence (which is fair enough) but refused categorically to reimburse us the extra, which we only purchased a few hours back. Additionally, we had to ask the staff to stop shouting and laughing so hard between themselves because they were disrupting our workshops. All in all, the experience was tainted and I don't think the communication is to standard to deal with corporate clients.
