Great venue, big space perfect for a party - room to dance and booths at the back for people to take a break. Bar service was good, although the 2 bartenders must've had a busy night! Heard of one person getting kicked out, understand the bouncers were very reasonable with him until friends took him off their hands. Staff were also very helpful when we ran into an issue with DJs not having/providing the right sized headphone jack and adapter - searched the store rooms tirelessly for us. Would highly recommend!
Heard that the ladies toilets were dirty and short of toilet paper from almost the beginning of the night until a fair way in. Sound system was good but was hassle prior to the event as we were told it would need to be quiet to prevent blowing leading us to hire in speakers. Also had issues with other people entering the event - we were told to find staff if this happened, however the bartenders definitely didn't have time to deal with it and the bouncers weren't always around. Would be good in the future to have some sort of system in place - a QR code that gets you a stamp, a guest list, etc. - to prevent this.
