It was a great space, must be fabulous in the Summer months. Loved the history of the place and location. Reception staff were really friendly :)
A really long trek for the toilets, would have preferred these on the ground floor (lift was slow). No tea or coffee facilities, which would have been nice and everyone agreed they would be prepared to pay an additional amount in the total charge for the day to have this. Not a big deal as there were shops to purchase from, but would have been nice in the room.

Birmingham’s famous Custard Factory was built by Alfie Bird to produce Bird’s Custard in 1902. Today it retains its industrious edge with original Crittall windows, exposed steels and high ceilings.
