My appointment with this venue has been cancelled twice first time in Sept and this month 😠 I was only informed the day before that my appointment was cancelled via email that the person to show us round was off sick for the rest of the week I have had to make my own arrangements and cancellations for this viewing I am really not happy they have wasted my time. For such a large venue as the Edgbaston cricket ground your telling me that if the main person is off sick no one else can show you around the venue! This is rediculous. Not happy!!
