Thoughtfully designed across an airy layout with concrete floors, columns, and large windows, this space redefines what a workspace can be.
Three private conference rooms, a nursing room, and a curated “Record Room” welcome moments of collaboration, reflection, or inspiration. The space includes a fully equipped open kitchen, accessible passenger and freight elevators, and tech-ready features like WiFi, a projector, TV, screen, and conference phone. Whether you're hosting a creative offsite, team retreat, panel talk, or branded pop-up, the space brings artistic energy to every gathering.
Please note the pricing you see on Tagvenue is not final as it doesn't include our studio manager fee, cleaning fee, Tagvenue fees, or our tiered pricing (pricing based on headcount).
We rent our spaces for 4 categories: meetings, productions, events, and showrooms.
Each category has different minimum hours, pricing, cleaning fees, etc.
We always charge three mandatory standard fees: space rental, cleaning, and studio manager.
Tagvenue then charges around 8-10% in processing fees.
Please consult us for a quote specific to your booking needs.

FAQ
Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.
