Started in 1989, Yama Sushi Las Vegas first opened in a small strip mall located on Flamingo.
With all the love, dedication, and support from long-time customers, fans, and a tight-knit staff, we have been able to expand to 3 locations and provide Vegas with our unique sushi rolls that draw lines and crowds every day.
As our long-time customers know, our rolls are created by our talented chefs and with input from our customers. Some of our hottest rolls and unique names actually come from our regulars!
