About Wazwan
Wazwan Supper Club grew out of Chef Zubair Mohajir’s passion for the flavours of his childhood living in South Asia combined with his time spent working in the kitchens of some of the world's most renowned chefs (Jean-George’s, Thomas Keller, Gaggan Anand).
Having taken on a life of its own over the past two and a half years, the Wazwan fine dining experience spawned a fast-casual sibling this summer, one which we have dubbed Wazwan The Shop. The Supper Club, aka Wazwan The Club, continues as a pop-up experience while The Shop has found a permanent home at Politan Row food hall in Chicago’s West Loop.
