About Deco Modern
Deco Modern House is up in Nichols Canyon, built in ’57. Three bedrooms, three baths. About 2,000 square feet. Post and beam design, lots of glass. Owners restored it with an architect — kept the bones but made it livable and sharp.
Living room has a big fireplace in the middle, vaulted ceiling, open plan. Curved staircase, marble details, big windows that open to the backyard. Indoor and outdoor are basically one space.
Backyard has a pool with full privacy. Trees everywhere, canyon views. Feels hidden even though it’s minutes from Hollywood. Deck area works for hanging out or hosting.
