The air in the building is off outside of the hours of Monday - Friday, between 9 am - 4 pm. There is a separate fee outside of those hours. This fee is set by the building facility, not our venue.
All weekend events, and events after 4 pm during the week now require a staff member to be present.
All events ending after midnight now require security.
Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in.
No smoking allowed in the space.
No glitter or confetti can be used.
There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
