Host rules

The air in the building is off outside of the hours of Monday - Friday, between 9 am - 4 pm. There is a separate fee outside of those hours. This fee is set by the building facility, not our venue.
All weekend events, and events after 4 pm during the week now require a staff member to be present.
All events ending after midnight now require security.
Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in.
No smoking allowed in the space.
No glitter or confetti can be used.
There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.

Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period

Our second Riverdale location is a great space that’s designed to give hosts an intimate and polished event area.

In this venue space, we’ve hosted holiday parties featuring vendors and food with plenty of room for networking and guests to move throughout the venue.

The space is perfect for pop-ups, client appreciation events, networking events, company luncheons, and more.

Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
