Rental rate inlcudes all above facilities and equipment. It is an ideal place to hold a baby shower /meeting/training course, small group party.

Host rules
To secure the space for your event, a refundable $500 deposit and signed contract are required. Dates can only be reserved upon receipt of both items.
Accepted payment methods are Check or Credit Cards. The full amount is due 10 days prior to the event. If the event is canceled within 15 days of the reserved date, the full deposit is non-refundable.
Damage done to the studio or equipment will result in extra charge.
No smoking in the building.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
