Gallery Showroom ($450/hr) is an exclusive and spacious space suit for art exhibition, receptions, products showcase/launched or presentations, retail pop-up, holiday parties, etc, with wide-open window nature lights and street accessible entrance.

Host rules
To secure the space for your event, a refundable $500 deposit and signed contract are required. Dates can only be reserved upon receipt of both items.
Accepted payment methods are Check or Credit Cards. The full amount is due 10 days prior to the event. If the event is canceled within 15 days of the reserved date, the full deposit is non-refundable.
Damage done to the studio or equipment will result in extra charge.
No smoking in the building.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period

The exclusive spacious Asian Fusion Gallery is a fantastic venue for any event from high-profile corporations to social events. The modernized and open-wide space is great to create stunning, unique, memorable experiences, features high-end A/V system, clean white wall, industry floor, and built-in window wall that provides natural light throughout. Located in the center of Washington D.C., great walkability to Metro, restaurants, and businesses.
Rental includes: gallery showroom on the first floor, private meeting/party/training room on the second floor, digital studio on the lower level.

Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.
