Features: Onsite facilities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a PA system with speakers. A curved service counter and open-plan layout accommodate bar service, staging or displays. Accessibility features include a step-free guest entrance and accessible toilets, and own music or an external DJ are permitted subject to a noise restriction.
Ideal for: Social groups seeking a relaxed standing reception or an informal seated meal in a flexible, open-plan setting.

A credit card is required to be kept on file for events. Cleaning/Damage Lapis has the right to assess a $250.00 cleaning ordamage fee to the caterer and/or client who does not leave the facility in a reasonable condition. The use of personal
decorations is allowed provided prior approval is obtained and solely the responsibility of the client to clean up upon the
conclusion of the event. At no time will the following be allowed to be used inside the Venue: birdseed, rice,
confetti, glitter, duct tape, or open flames of any kind. The Client is scheduled to leave the Venue at the conclusion of the time period (the “contracted Period”) no later than 9:00pm., this includes all guests and vendors. If the event runs longer than what is stated above, clients will be charged based on a minimum per half hour that event exceeds contracted end time. This does not include tear down time. Terms: Terms for payment of the event are the following: Any added costs due to higher than minimum guaranteed guest counts, extra services or additional duration of services will be billed to the client at the end of the event. If payment is not received two weeks prior to the event, and according to the terms of this contract, Lapis reserves the right to take legal action and charge a fair amount of interest on the final billed amount.
