About this space

Our elegant Event Hall will accommodate your special events for a maximum of 120 guests. There's complimentary on-site parking, kitchenette access, chiavari chairs & round tables. The space is bright, air-conditioned, and fully accessible. We accept outside vendors. You can also use a dedicated changing room.

Host rules

Venue Policies:
Lost or Stolen Property: The Venue shall not be responsible for lost or stolen personal property, money, or jewelry from any premises, public areas, or common areas.
No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all common areas of the Venue.
Catering: Both professional caterers and self-catering are permitted. All caterers must carry liability insurance. Proof of insurance is not required for booking. The Renter assumes full responsibility for the strict adherence to all state liquor laws at all times.
Amenities: Free parking is provided for guests. The Venue is wheelchair accessible and
equipped with security cameras.

Security Deposit:
The security deposit is applied towards rental fees. It serves as a damage deposit, and $300 is refundable after the event, provided the rented space is left in the same condition as it was found, without any damage, theft, or breach of this agreement. Deductions may be made from the security deposit for any necessary repairs or other costs associated with damages caused by the Renter or their guests.

Emergency Procedures:
In case of an emergency, please dial 9-1-1.

Cancellation:
If the Renter cancels the event 14 days prior to the event date, 50% of the rental fee will be refunded. No refund will be given for cancellations made after 14 days of the event date. The security deposit will be refunded regardless of cancellation, provided no damages have occurred prior to the cancellation.
