Next to the living room, you'll find a spacious and inviting family/entertainment room. The front and backyards are filled with trees, ensuring your privacy. The large pool features a water slide, complemented by two outdoor firepits and al fresco dining for eight under a spacious, shaded patio.

House Rules:
• Enjoy the space but please put everything back in its original place. We suggest taking pictures before to use as a reference.
• NO smoking in the home
• Please keep the music to a respectable level.
• Do not hang out in front of the property on the street. We must respect our neighbors.
• Event Insurance is mandatory with a $1,000,000 minimum policy.
• Cleaning and removal of tables, chairs, etc is included within the rental time. If you run over, you will be charged in 30 min increments.
• Trash bins can be used but we require excessive trash to be removed if it does not fit in the trash bins. A trash removal fee of $150 will be added to remove excess bags of trash that are not in the trash bins.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period

Welcome to this striking, stylish, modern single-family pool home. A private entrance, stone pathway, and thoughtfully landscaped grounds invite you into the front yard, with a picturesque firepit. Upon entrance, you are warmly greeted by a beautifully appointed living room, fresh paint, and a bright and open floor plan seamlessly connecting the kitchen to the living room and leading to the inviting, sunny backyard.
Adjacent to the living room, there’s a large comfortable family/Entertainment room. The backyard and front yard are full of trees for your complete privacy. The large pool has a water slide, there are 2 outdoor firepits and outdoor dining al fresco with seating for 8 under a large shaded patio area.
