In the heart of Studio City, on a one-acre lot, our classic Mission-style church is both charming and sophisticated. A 230-square-foot choral loft, wrought-iron chandeliers, vaulted ceilings, and a fireplace are all features of the church.
With its dark wood Mission-style details, hardwood floors, and high windows that allow a lot of natural light to fill in the space, it makes it an ideal location for film, video and photo shoots along with weddings and other events.
There are ADA-accessible restrooms and a parking lot for 28 vehicles.
For an additional charge, you will have access to a full kitchen and/or the Fellowship Hall meeting room with 830 square feet.
Prices
The choir loft is an additional 230 square feet and becomes a perfect seating annex. The sanctuary features beautiful dark wood Mission-style details, hardwood floors, a vaulted ceiling, high windows for natural lighting, and an elegant grand piano nestled near our working fireplace. Accent lighting surrounds the room. The sanctuary seats up to 150 guests on our red-cushioned chairs, which can be removed or reconfigured to accommodate your needs. There is a side door to the alley for easy equipment load-ins.
We have an additional hall for fellowship, receptions or other gatherings. This hall is an additional fee of $100 per hour synchronous with the timing of the rental. We also have a kitchen for caterers to work in for $85 per hour, minimum 3 hours tied to the rental of the santuary.
