Phê Lounge Booking Rules & Guidelines
1. Booking & Reservation
- All reservations must be made at least [30 days] in advance.
- A deposit of [HALF TOTAL RESERVATION] is required to secure the booking, which will be applied to the final payment.
- Full payment must be made [7 days] before the event date.
- Cancellations made within [7 days] of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee.
2. Event Duration & Setup
- Standard event rental time is [3 hours]. Additional time may be available for an extra fee.
- Setup and cleanup time must be included in the rental period. Extra setup/cleanup time may incur additional fees.
- Decorations must be approved in advance and should not cause damage to the venue.
3. Capacity & Usage*
- The maximum capacity is [75 guests]. Exceeding this limit may result in additional fees or cancellation of the event.
- Phê Lounge is a [private] venue and may have restrictions on certain types of events.
- No outside alcohol is allowed. Alcohol sales must comply with state liquor laws and can only be served by approved bartenders.
4. Food & Beverage
- Outside food is [not allowed]. If allowed, a cleaning deposit may be required.
- Catering services must be approved in advance.
- No outside drinks are allowed if a beverage package is part of the rental agreement.
5. Noise & Conduct
- Events must comply with local noise ordinances. Excessive noise complaints may result in early termination of the event.
- Guests must conduct themselves respectfully. Any damages caused by guests will be the responsibility of the event organizer.
6. Cleaning & Damages
- The renter is responsible for leaving the venue clean and in its original condition.
- Any damages to the venue, furniture, or equipment.
7. Liability & Insurance
The venue is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
