Every event can have seating arrangements with five-foot-long tables and 25 folding chairs. You may design the ideal practice room with two large performance mirrors!

-Any trash from the event must be removed by the renter and placed in an exterior dumpster or recycling bin.
-During business hours (before 5 p.m.) and after residential hours (after 10 p.m.), music should be played at a reasonable volume.
