About this space
This venue offers the entire open plan downstairs area of this two story penthouse, with multiple seating areas, floor to ceiling windows with plenty of natural light, full size dining table, large outdoor patio space with built in fire. This open plan area has been used for social parties and gatherings, including Christmas parties, baby showers and birthdays, it has also been used for corporate meetings, summits and masterminds. The large kitchen has been cooked in by many chefs and would be an ideal layout for cooking classes, team building or just an elaborate dinner or meeting. Rental of the space gives you access to three toilets/bathrooms, one of whihc is downstairs and the other two are upstairs. This is a residence as well as an event venue and upstairs boasts the owners office and master bed/bathroom, use of these spaces would strictly have to be on a case by case basis.
Use of all furniture onsite is permitted, we have 3 additional 6ft tables and black linens, 6 gold stanchions and red velvet rope and two black stanchions. The main dining table can seat up to 12 people comfortably and would require the rental of chairs. The lounge furniture and rug next to the dining table can be moved and the space opened up for larger conference or dining style seating, again rentals would be required.

Access to the Penthouse will be granted by an onsite manager, the Penthouse has its own private elevator with fob and key system.
We can accommodate one parking space in our underground parking garage, any more than one vehicle and they will need to utilize street parking or a nearby paid lot, which we can share details on.
For larger load ins parking is recommended on the corner of Fir and Kettner and to utilize the double garage doors and easy access to the private elevator.
Use of the upstairs is not included, except for the two bathrooms, this is a live in residence and office. Special access to the upstairs office and bedroom would have to be on a case by case basis.
Smoking is allowed but only outdoors on one of the two patios with the doors closed.
Wi-fi passwords and access will be given on arrival and we also have a hard wire plug in for internet.
There is a built in sound system throughout the penthouse. Access can also be granted on arrival.
Leaning on the glass around the staircase is strictly prohibited.
Any damages to property or furniture, you the renter will be liable as this is a lived in home. This especially pertains to the floors, proper soled shoes must be warn by guests, as severe damage had been caused in the past by guests not having the correct/properly soled shoes.
Outside vendors and catering are allowed, we do have a preferred caterer we work with who has done countless events with us, they are superb!
Alcohol is permitted, the space is a private venue so therefore the sale of alcohol is not allowed as we do not have a liquor license.
Live music and DJ's are allowed.
Proof of liability insurance for day of your event is required, whether through tag venue, your own insurance or another event day of insurance site.

About Little Italy Penthouse
This is an ultra modern penthouse in the heart of Little Italy, San Diego, located on the 6th floor boasting floor to ceiling windows, with views of both San Diego bay and the Little Italy sign.
There is plenty of natural light throughout the open plan downstairs living area, an indoor/outdoor large courtyard style patio area with built in fire and a large kitchen space with another small private balcony off the kitchen. Guests would also have access to three toilet/bathrooms, one downstairs and two upstairs. The penthouse also has its own private elevator for access.
This space is great for any experience you wish to elevate from corporate meetings to social parties and everything in between.
