• No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the building.
• No loud music or amplified sound after 10:00 PM (city noise ordinance).
• Guests are responsible for leaving the space in the same condition it was found.
• All setup and teardown time must be included in your booking hours.
• Outside catering and decorations are allowed with prior approval.
• Any damage to property, furniture, or decor will result in additional charges.
• For parties, large gatherings, or events serving alcohol, the guest must obtain event insurance and list the host as an additional insured.
• Unauthorized sub-booking or transferring the reservation is not permitted.
• Violation of rules may result in immediate termination of the event and forfeiture of payment.
