About this space
The main studio area includes 1500 sq. ft. of flexible event space, natural light during the day thanks to large windows (with blackout curtains when you need full control), basic grip gear, backdrop options, movable furniture so you can customize your setup, and we have a network of local photographers, lab techs, and artists who can support your shoot or event.
It also includes walls with hanging system, basic seating and folding tables (Max capacity ~30 people for seated events; flexible for gallery receptions), high-speed WiFi, ADA-accessible restroom, and a staff member on-site to assist as needed, making it perfect for art shows, pop-up shops, screenings, intimate concerts, workshops, photo/film shoots, meetings, and more!

Guest under 18 not allowed unless accompanied by an adult after 8:00 pm
Host rules
- Respect the space and equipment — handle everything with care.
- No smoking inside the building.
- Outside food & drinks are allowed — please clean up after yourself.
- Keep noise to a respectful level; no amplified music after 10 PM.
- Setup and breakdown must be done within your booked time.
- No adult content shoots or illegal activities.
- Leave the space as you found it — extra cleaning fees may apply if left excessively dirty.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
