We are offering either the entire 3,200 sq ft workspace or any of 3 distinct zones on the 5th floor at 519 8th Avenue, NY 10018— perfectly created for photo shoots, corporate events, brand activations, workshops, content creation, and more.

- Access via 3 passenger elevators + 1 freight elevator (freight available 9 AM–4.30 PM weekdays)
