Huge, spectacular space with a modern industrial design in the heart of the East Village a half block from the park. The house and its garden is surrounded by community gardens on three sides making it truly an oasis in the city.

The living room has a massive atrium skylight letting in tons of natural light and a table that seats 8. There is a couch with seating for about 7. The house has a spacious patio garden accessed directly through the kitchen with a pergola illuminated by fairy nights at light. The garden also has a BBQ and fire pit (requires permission to use). There is a table that seats 8 with additional chairs and tables available that can be loaned. The kitchen is equipped with a Wolf stove and top of the line appliances. There is banquette seating in the kitchen for 5 and bar seating for an additional 5.

House has central air, Wi-Fi, a fireplace, as well as Bluetooth speakers throughout the house including in the backyard which allow you to play your music.

Local street parking is usually easy to find.

Additional folding chairs and tables can be loaned.

Set up and break time need to be including in your booking time. When booking please allow yourself enough time to get the space ready for your event and time to break down and leave the house in good shape. Early arrivals will be accommodated within a 15 minute window without additional charge. Late departures will be charged after a 15 minute grace period from official booking stop.
