Host rules

Please be up-front about how many people will be attending as we charge accordingly.
If the studio is left disorganized we will charge $200 extra so kindly leave the studio the way you found it!
Your SET UP and WRAP UP time is included within your booking hours, please book for enough hrs.
No smoking in the building.
No smoke bombs for any effects AT ALL.
Please do not be loud, if we get a notice from our neighbor or building management, you will have to leave the studio at once.
Do not leave any trash behind. (We have trash bins in the studio, let's use them)
Outside food is fine but again do not leave anything behind.

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
