About this space
This studio operates as a fully self-service facility, streamlining your access through the provision of two distinct codes. The first code grants entry to the main and 1st-floor door, while the second code opens the studio door.
Situated in the heart of Green Point, Brooklyn, this generously spacious studio is well-appointed with an array of props for your upcoming photo or video session. Ample free street parking is available in the vicinity, and convenient access is provided via MTA Buses B24, B48, Transit G, and J trains.
Included with your rental is a complimentary white background paper, and if you desire additional background paper colors, simply add them to your booking. Kindly inform us of your color preference no later than a day before your scheduled session.
For your convenience, we offer a list of free equipment available to all guests, ensuring your creative needs are met. Equipment includes triggers such as the Godox pro Trigger for Nikon, Canon, Sony, FujiFilm, Pentax, Olympus, and Panasonic. Strobe FLASH lights encompass 1 X Godox AD600 PRO (Flash/Monolight) and 2 X Godox AD400 PRO (Flash/Monolight).
Light modifiers include 2 X V-Flat, 1 X 60-inch Soft-box, 1 X 32-inch Soft-box, 2 X Large Rectangle Softbox, 1 X 22-inch Beauty + Grid, and 1 X 42-inch 5 in 1 Reflector. Additionally, the studio provides 5 X C-Stands, 4 X Sand Bags, and 1 X Adjustable Background Support system stands, along with color gels.
This comprehensive setup allows you to fully utilize the studio space and equipment for a seamless and productive creative experience.

- Book enough time for set up and break down.
- Be on time and leave on time. If you need additional time contact me no less than 30mins before your session ends . Otherwise if you stay pass your time without notifying me you will be charged 1.5x times the regular rate.
- No smoking or drinking in the space.
- No loud music
- If you break anything you will have too pay for it.
- Do not change background color on the background system without permission.
- Do no cut the background paper without permission.
- Turn off all lighting equipment and AC/Heat when leaving.
- Handle all props with care .
- Be respectful of the space, do not leave it messy.
- Management is not responsible for any personal items left at the studio. Any items left will be discarded.
