The Fold Property is a 2500 sgft fully furnished venue located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn with speakeasy vibes unlike any other venue in the surrounding areas. The venue is adorned with custom carpentry features, adjustable lighting fixtures to suit preferred ambiance, and a wide variety of amenities guaranteed to keep guests entertained.

The property is also full of a wide variety of entertainment including: a pool table, a stage, 2 dart boards, a vintage Pacman arcade machine, two 72" art TV's, one 93" media room TV, a variety of games, and free WiFi.

Some examples of types of events for the space include, but are not limited to: bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, production/photo shoots, corporate mixers, product launches, concerts, family reunions, meetings, stand-up comedy shows, fundraisers, cooking parties, and even the option to include overnight stays.

PLEASE NOTE:

The cleaning fee is paid directly to the venue as well as the 100% refundable security deposit, and is not included in the Peerspace per hour rate.

Our venue is not a nightclub, rather it is an upscale private event venue, and we adhere to high standards as well as follow New York state quiet hours of 10pm-8am. Music can still be played until 12am, but needs to be at a reasonable level.
