Polidance Studio, located at 355 7th Avenue, is a bright, comfortable space with natural light, air conditioning, and soundproofing to ensure a quiet atmosphere. It’s kept clean and spacious enough for various events.
The studio comes equipped with speakers, a projector, a dance floor, mirrors, and storage space. You can connect your own devices to the speakers, and free street parking is available, with paid parking options nearby.
It’s ideal for ticketed events, available all week at 99 dollars per hour with a 4-hour minimum, plus a 108-dollar cleaning fee. Clients are welcome to bring their own food, alcohol (with a corkage fee), and DJ equipment if desired.

About City Loft Event Space
At Foxy, we educate on the artistic and athletic aspects of professional pole dancing, promoting good health and creative expression through pole artistry, sport, and fitness.
We help our students explore the art of pole dancing and achieve dramatic results in muscle strengthening and toning, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance.
Our goal is to provide a safe learning environment both in-person and online, where everyone is empowered to progress at their own pace regardless of physique/skill level/movement background. We are proud of our diverse community and encourage all folx to join the Foxy Family.
