It is a versatile space which creates the possibility for you to arrange and decorate it in any possible way your imagination can reach.
Our downstairs area is bigger than the upstairs and can host more guests - even up to 150 people!

All payments made towards events are nonrefundable.
The only time a refund is considered is If you wish to cancel your event and Prime143 is able to rebook that same date.
A refund for the payment is issued once the new client has paid in full for their event. There is a penalty of $200 for this process.

Prime143 is an exclusive venue with two floors of refined luxury space in Brooklyn, New York.
A planner or coordinator for your event is not necessary however recommended. Your caterer may be able to provide these services.
We will be excited to host any type of events you are dreaming about - fun baby showers, wonderful snow-white weddings or corporate celebrations.
